The Company announced an exchange offer within the framework of which all holders of Series II Notes originally issued by IRSA CP for a nominal value of USD 360,000,000 with maturity in March 2023, are invited to subscribe the Series XIV Notes to be issued by the Company and exchange, under the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the Exchange Offer, each and every one of the Existing Notes for Series XIV Notes, or Series XIV Notes and cash payment.
